Testimonial

‘Teresa is a superb teacher/lecturer. I trained with her to gain my Anatomy & Physiology (A&P) Diploma. Her teaching method is the best I have ever come across and the passion she displays is contagious. I was from a corporate background with no previous knowledge of A&P whatsoever,  yet after learning with her I gained a Distinction in the subject. I have since used this essential base knowledge to continue my further education and become a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist. I think it would be difficult to find a more dedicated and knowledgeable tutor in this field!’

The best way for me i found, was to do small amounts at a time and add some humour to aid revision with A&P.

Acronyms work really well for revising for A + P, I would tell you mine which a friend told me, however they are not suitable for general consumption if you know what I mean! But they helped me remember the names of the bones in the feet and hands really well.

I found a book in the library of a skeleton and I cut out and addedd the muscles. Also We had games where we had questions and answers on seperate pieces of paper we had to match up. I also found doing diagrams helpful

My best way of revising is to write and draw onto index cards, and learn in small bitsize chunks. This worked well for me when I was studying A + P.
